Information We Collect

We collect the information you give us, such as support messages, account details, app preferences, and information you add in the app. We also collect basic technical data like device type, app version, diagnostics, crash logs, and app events needed to keep Stretchr working.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple. Subscription access is managed with RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase status, product identifiers, renewal status, purchase history, and related transaction data so the app can unlock paid features.

How We Use Information

We use information to run the app, save your settings, manage paid access, answer support requests, fix issues, improve performance, and meet legal requirements.

Service Providers

We use Firebase for app infrastructure, database, analytics, and diagnostics. We use RevenueCat for subscriptions. We use Apple for App Store distribution and purchases. We use Hostinger for the website.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers only when needed to run Stretchr, when required by law, or if needed to protect the app and its users.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to run the app, answer support requests, meet legal requirements, and keep business records.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by using the support form. App Store subscriptions can be managed from your Apple account settings.

Children

Stretchr is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us through the support form and we will review it.

International Transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries outside where you live.

We may update this page when Stretchr changes. The date at the top will show the latest version.
